Patch Making Patch Film

To use patch film, hoop film after you sew out your patch design on twill. Then, apply a satin stitch to make the patch border. Once completed, simply pop out your patch and remove the film on back.

• Patch Film = 19″ x 10 yds.

How to use patch film:

• Sew out patch design (no satin border) on twill with a single run stitch border. Unhoop.
• Cut out patch close to stitch border.
• Apply temporary spray to patch back.
• Hoop patch film and sew placement stitch.
• Place patch into placement stitch.
• Sew tack-down stitch and check placement.
• Sew satin border stitch.
• Pop-out patch and remove film on back.
