Please refer to your file downloads and find the .pdf instructions. There you will find the private video link. All videos are stored on our YouTube channel. (For purchased projects, links are only shared with customers. For free projects, anyone can access them on our YouTube channel:

Where can I find my digital downloads?
Please go to: My Account —> Downloads
Click file to download.
Open zipped folder(s) and your files are there.
Once you place your order and it is processed, you will receive an email that includes link(s) to your file(s) to download. Simply click on link and the download process will begin. When finished, you will be able to open your file. Repeat for each file link. Otherwise, sign-in to your account and go to “Downloads” tab to find your files.
We recommend creating a folder on your computer to store your embroidery files and designs that you download.
I purchased a digital project | design. Can I sell or give away my finished goods?
Yes! You may sell or give away as many products as you create so long as it’s not mass production (made in a factory, hundreds or thousands at a time). So long as you are the one creating the item, you are granted permission. Can I share my purchased file(s)?
Unfortunately, no. Each person using the design and/or project must purchase their own license to create finished goods. Downloads are connected to the purchaser’s account. If we notice a large number of downloads from one account that looks unusual, we reserve the right to suspend that account. If you are having an issue downloading your files, please go to our contact form: Menu –> Info –> Contact Us.
Can I sell finished physical items I purchase on your site?

How long will my order take?
Digital products: Digital downloads are available as soon as your order is completed.
Physical products (patches, kits, bags, etc.): Depending on the time of year, orders will take approximately 1 – 3 weeks from the time it is placed till it reaches your doorstep. Normal processing time is 1 – 4 business days and then shipping time (USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail or USPS First Class Package). (Most in-stock items go out next day; custom orders please allow for more time depending on quantity ordered).
Can I place a rush order?
Yes, on certain items such as physical products (bags and patches). There is a rush fee of $2.00/item. So if you ordered 10 patches, the fee is $20.00 + cost of order ($2.00 x 10 = $20.00). For more details, please go to our contact form: Menu –> Info –> Contact Us
What is the cost of shipping? What shipping methods are offered?
Packages are sent as USPS First Class Package up to 16 oz. (from $3.85 – $6.50) or USPS Flat Rate boxes | envelopes over 1 lb. depending on the order size (from $7.75 – $19.20). We are located in northern New Jersey (07424).
Do you ship to a P.O. Box?

How do I reorder a previous purchase?
Log in to your account and go to the orders menu. Find the order you would like to purchase again and hit the “Reorder” link. If you do not want to reorder the entire purchase, go to your card gallery and hit the “Order Card” link by the card you want.
What happens if there is a mistake with | damage to my order?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives in the mail. If any item(s) were damaged in shipping or we made a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We want to correct it as soon as possible. You must send the incorrect item(s) back (we pay return shipping) and upon receipt of return, we will ship the correct item(s) back to you. How do I make an adjustment to my order? I forgot something… I want to add something…
Once an order placed, and you want to add an item(s), please place another order. In the notes/comments section of the checkout page, please add a note saying: “Please add to previous order #: {your 1st order number here}. If your order has not been processed and shipped, we will combine the orders. Otherwise, we cannot combine the orders and shipping must be paid again. We suggest checking your order status to see its progress before placing the second order, to make sure it has not shipped.
How do I cancel my order?

Can I get a refund or return my order?
Yes and no. All returned items must be unused and in the state that you received them in.
Yes: Physical products that have not been customized, can be returned. No shipping fee is refunded and buyer must also pay a return shipping fee. (If your order was $55.00 and you paid $6.00 shipping, we refund you: $49.00 = $55.00 – $6.00 return shipping). There are no re-stocking fees.
No: ALL digital downloads such as embroidery designs and ITH patterns are NOT eligible for return due to the nature of the products. How do I make a return?
1. Login into your account.
2. Go to “Orders”.
3. Click on “Return Item”.
4. Fill out all information and hit “submit”.
5. You will receive a return email with instructions.
6. We will then email you a return shipping label (please allow 1-2 days for label).
7. Once your returned items are received, if applicable, we will refund you the amount owed to the original form of payment. You will not be refunded shipping; shipping is non-refundable. The amount you paid for the items minus a return shipping fee (cost of return shipping). Ex.: If your order was $55.00 and you paid $6.00 shipping, we refund you: $49.00 = $55.00 – $6.00 return shipping.

How long does my return take to process?
Refunds are issued between 3 – 8 days of receipt. The refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Make sure to use our label or let us know you will be getting your own (no CODS allowed). You are responsible for the label and package until it is in our hands. Be sure to get a tracking number if you do not use our return label.

Why does the color look different on my vinyl, snaps, fabric, etc.?
Due to lighting and dye lots during production, images may appear differently on your computer screen or our website that my not be a complete representation of their actual color. We do our best to accurately reflect each item’s color and appearance.
