If you were ever curious about the endless possibilities your embroidery machine could create, this class is for you. Learn the following ITH (in-the-hoop) techniques: applique methods, using wash away (water soluble) stabilizers, attaching applique pieces, how to get clean edges on your applique, floating fabrics on the front and back of your hoop, working with ITH vinyl, pathing when digitizing in-the-hoop projects, best practices for glow in the dark thread, piecing multiple layers of fabric together with correct registration, how to finish ITH projects out of the hoop, and completing a project that requires multiple hoopings. When completed, this project measures approximately 8”w x 20”h (for a 5” x 7” hoop).
**You do NOT need a machine to take this course. However, we will be making the project in class. You are allowed to register and watch others participate if you do not want to bring your machine. Everyone is required to purchase a kit (includes all fabrics and files), which you can make at home at a later time.**
