In this class you will learn how to embroider napkins and placemats. We will discuss how to “float” items in your hoop and other hooping techniques. You will also learn how to applique an embroidery design and properly use metallic thread. There will be 2 Thanksgiving designs: one napkin and one placemat. *We will only sew out one napkin and one placemat in class. You do not need to have a full set of 4.
{You need to know the basics on how to operate your machine for embroidery such as turning on your machine, threading the machine, winding & loading bobbin. Make sure to have your user manual.}
Preferred hoop size: 4” x 4” and larger (preferred)
