PRICING FOR WHOLESALE & CUSTOMIZING

Wholesale pricing is available for all our products. Clients can also have a product branded with their name for a small, one-time, setup fee. Similarly, we will create a completely new design if a company so desires (cards, bookmarks, ornaments). Again, there is a one-time design fee which includes 3 rounds of revisions. In addition, we are proud to offer unique cards that can be sold exclusively by one museum or store.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – WHOLESALE & CUSTOMIZING

Minimums: $250.00 for the first order and $100.00 per order afterwards. Cards and bookmarks must be ordered per SKU in quantities of 100, 250, 500, or 1,000.  Card sets (18, 20, or 25 card decks) must be ordered per SKU in quantities of 25, 50, or 100. Ornaments must be ordered per SKU in quantities of  10, 25, or 50. Patches must be ordered per SKU in quantities of  25, 50, 100, 200, 300 or 500.

Prices: Prices, designs, and products are subject to change without notice. Current prices are valid for 2023. All prices are in US dollars. Freight/shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Invoicing: Orders are shipped prepaid, unless net terms have been established. Invoices will be sent the second or last week of the month, electronically from:  Mary@starspangledheart.com to the billing email address on file. Please inform us if you prefer to have paper invoices mailed and include the c/o person and address. Past-due balances are subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month. Returned checks are assessed a $25.00 service charge.

Net-Terms: Net 30 terms are available to customers in good standing (with permission granted).  If interested, please contact Mary at: Mary@starspangledheart.com. A credit application may be requested for approval.

Accepted Payments: ACH, Check, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), Stripe. *Credit card payments are assessed a 3% service fee.

Taxes: If you are tax exempt, please send the proper paperwork; a NJ tax form is included at the end of the catalog. Otherwise, sales tax is the current New Jersey rate of: 6.625 % (as of January 2023).

Cancellations: *Custom orders cannot be canceled. Stock orders canceled after shipment are subject to freight/shipping costs.

Collection: Outstanding invoices may accrue finance, collection, court, and/or attorney’s fees. Legal actions may be brought in New Jersey courts using New Jersey laws to effect collection of past-due balances. Accounts turned over to collection are subject to a $75.00 reinstatement fee.

Returns: No return of merchandise will be accepted and no credits issued without Heritage Cards’ previous consent. Heritage Cards, LLC | Girl with a Star-Spangled Heart must be notified within 10 days of receipt of any incorrectly shipped orders or defective goods. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned merchandise. *Custom orders cannot be returned.

Claims: Any damage or shortage claims must be received no later than 10 days from receipt of order. Notice of loss or damage must be given to the carrier immediately. All packing materials and receiving paperwork should be retained for carrier inspection.

Backorders: Backorders hardly occur due to our “Made to Order” process. On the rare occasion that this happens, if we are unable to ship your complete order, we will notify you within three business days.  Many times, if it is a multiple item order, we will ship less the backordered items. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are in stock.

Displays: We will work with the retailer to meet their needs; please tell us what you prefer. Currently, items can be displayed in clear crystal sleeves upon request. We strive to be environmentally-friendly. Therefore, individual cards are not packaged in sleeves, unless requested. We will provide clients with a barcode sheet with each item listed to scan at the register. Patches come on a backer card, inside a clear sleeve. Again, if this is not suitable, contact us and we will work with you to meet your needs.

DBA (doing business as): Girl with a Star-Spangled Heart is doing business as (DBA) Heritage Cards, LLC.

SHIPPING

Method: USPS ground or priority mail (insured with signature confirmation); responsibility to customer. Please ask if you would prefer a different method, such as UPS or FedEx. Heritage Cards, LLC | Girl with a Star-Spangled Heart is located in Northern New Jersey (07424).

Turnaround: Card orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks of placement. Ornament, bookmark, and custom design orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks of placement. Patches are shipped within 3-6 weeks of placement.

Dropshipping: Available upon request.

CUSTOMIZING

Custom patch, card, bookmark, or ornament designs are available for a fee. There are two phases: 1-design and 2-printing. Custom orders cannot be canceled once in phase 2, printing/sewing/production. Customers must pay 50% in advance on custom orders; Heritage Cards, LLC | Girl with a Star-Spangled Heart begins creating your order after the first partial payment.

In addition, we are proud to offer unique designs that can be sold exclusively at one location. If interested, please tell us what you have in mind. All stock items designed by Heritage Cards are not available for exclusivity sales, which include products listed in all Heritage Cards, LLC | Girl with a Star-Spangled Heart online store and catalogs.
