Once you place your order and it is processed, you will receive an email that includes link(s) to your file(s) to download. Simply click on a link and the download process will begin. When finished, you will be able to open your file. Repeat for each file link.
We recommend creating a folder on your computer to store your embroidery files and designs that you download.
