Crazy Quilt Wallet ITH – Pattern Only

This in the hoop project was inspired by the crazy quilts made in the 1800s. Women would piece together scrap pieces of fabric to create quilts.

Create your very own embroidered crazy quilt wallet! A great project to use up any scraps from your fabric stash. This ITH sewing wallet (with lining) comes with 8 machine embroidery files/patterns and .pdf instructions. This is a DIY “in the hoop” project, 100% AMERICAN MADE.

*Please note: This is NOT for a physical product. No item will be mailed to you. You will only receive the .pdf instructions and embroidery files to embroider this wallet and need to create it yourself.

The largest design has 14 panels and the smaller version has 12 panels, each with its own embroidery theme such as an iron, sewing machine, needle, and mannequin. Smaller hoops will create a slightly smaller wallet with 1 less panels.

The project includes 2 sizes of Embroidery files/patterns and .pdf instructions (large hoop & smaller hoops). This is a DIY “in the hoop” project, 100% AMERICAN MADE.

*You need an embroidery machine to complete this project. This will NOT work with a regular sewing machine. 100% completed in the hoop.

Size of finished wallet for 5″ x 7″: apx. 5″ x 6.5″ (hxw)

8″x12″ and larger hoops: apx. 4″ x 7″ (hxw)

Requires 3 (larger hoop) to 5 (smaller hoops) hoopings to create. This will work with one of the following hoop sizes: 5″ x 7″, 6″ x 10″, 8″ x 8″, 7″ x 12″, 8″ x 12″, 9″ x 12″

Skill level: Beginner-Intermediate
Time to complete: apx. 4 – 8 hours (Depends on skill level and machine speed.)
